“Since my daughter started earlier this year the whole staff team have been amazing. She has settled well and is thriving. She enjoys the activities on offer and talks happily about the staff in her room each time, filling me with confidence that they give her the right amount of attention and care. When I visit the team are always welcoming, information is shared and parent participation is encouraged. The new management have brought in some new ideas which I look forward to seeing come into fruition. Anything I am worried about, they make time to listen, explain and reassure me.”
